i now own two pieces of property. my second one (133-04-082) actually has an address, which is 397 Esponja Ct. Rio Rico, AZ 85648 and the legal description is:

Lot 73, Block 508 of Rio Rico Ranchettes Unit No. 17, a subdivision of Santa Cruz County, Arizona, as recorded in the office of the County Recorder in Book 3 of Maps and Plats, page 26.

this lot is .4764 acre (20751.98 sq ft).

proper property possessor

as of yesterday i officially own my first piece of property. it is located somewhere in Rio Rico. the APN (Assessors Parcel Number) is 132-06-196 and it doesn't have an address yet because it is just a dirt lot, but the legal description is:

Lot 55, Block 545 of RIO RICO RANCHETTES UNIT NO. 18, a subdivision of Santa Cruz County, Arizona, as recorded in the office of the County Recorder in Book 3 of Maps and Plats, page 19.

the size of the lot is .5659 of an acre. let me know if you would like to buy it from me :)
